{\sc Scope of Meeting:} & The aim is to gather
experimentalists and theoreticians, working in the fields of electromagnetic
interactions with nuclei and of heavy-ion collisions at SIS, AGS and CERN
energies, to discuss common aspects of the dynamical properties of hadrons
in nuclear matter. The number of participants is limited
to 60. Sessions will be organized from 9 to 12 a.m.~in the morning and from 5
to 7 p.m.~in the afternoon. The program will be composed of the invited talks
and additional contributions selected for oral presentation.
Proceedings with short accounts of the invited
talks and all contributions are scheduled for March 1995.
