INFORMATION for PARTCIPANTS

Dear Participant,

please find enclosed the program, the list of participants, your accommodation sheet, and the information on traveling and proceedings.

For the talks we have allocated either 30 min for presentation plus 10 min for discussion or 20 min plus 10 min. All participants, who have proposed a contribution, are asked to bring along their transparencies in case there are cancellations of scheduled talks. There is also the possibility for an additional evening session on Tuesday.

The proceedings (scheduled for March 1997) will include contributions from all speakers with a maximum of 10 pages for invited talks and 6 pages for contributions. All other participants are also invited to submit a contribution to the subject of the workshop. The layout of the papers is illustrated by the enclosed example. Text width and height should be 14 cm and 20 cm, respectively. Please use the enclosed LaTeX example (also available under world-wide-web http://theory.gsi.de/hirschegg/example.tex or via ftp from anonymous@tpri6b.gsi.de file hirschegg/example.tex). Note that the original will be reduced to about 80%. All papers must be handed in during the workshop to ensure our rapid publication schedule.

Accommodations have been arranged, as far as possible, according to your wishes. You find details on the enclosed accommodation sheet. Any changes in the reservation should directly be arranged with your hotel or boarding house. However, if you have a reservation in the Waldemar-Petersen-Haus, only inform us.

A conference fee of 120 DM together with accommodation and board at the Waldemar-Petersen-Haus should be paid upon registration. Hotels and boarding houses have to be paid directly to the host.

This year there are about 20 more applicants than places at our workshop. Therefore, if you are unable to come to Hirschegg, please immediately inform us, because we would like then that somebody else can take the place.

We are looking forward to seeing you in Hirschegg.
