On this page we give important information, relevant for the participants of the Hirschegg 2003 meeting.
The preliminary program is now available. For invited review talks we have allocated 30 min for presentation plus 10 min for discussion and for the other invited talks and submitted contributions 20 min plus 10 min. All participants, who have proposed a contribution, but have not been scheduled, are asked to bring along their transparencies in case there are cancellations of scheduled talks.
The proceedings (scheduled for March 2003) will include contributions from all speakers with a maximum of 10 pages for invited talks and 6 pages for contributions. All other participants are also invited to submit a contribution to the subject of the workshop. All contributions will be collected electronically via the following web page:

Accommodations have been arranged, as far as possible, according to your preferences. Details will be sent to all participants by e-mail before christmas. Please arrange any changes in the reservation directly with your hotel or boarding house and also inform us. However, if you have a reservation in the Waldemar-Petersen-Haus, only inform us. Please note that for the Waldemar-Petersen-Haus and nearby boarding houses the entire week must be paid even if you stay for a shorter period.
A conference fee of 80 Euro together with accommodation and board at the Waldemar-Petersen-Haus should be paid upon registration (cash or Euro checks, no credit cards are accepted!). Hotels and boarding houses have to be paid directly to the host.
Please note that Hirschegg is an alpine area and sidewalks and roads may be slippery. Therefore please check your health- and injury-insurance coverage even if you do not ski.
As a particular note: Our office will be closed between christmas and Januar 6. In particular there will be no compute service at GSI (E-mail, Web) between Jan. 2 and 6, due to a repair of the air-condition system!
