Scope of the Meeting:

The aim is to join experimentalists and theorists together to investigate the properties of electromagnetic interactions in nuclei and the nucleon. The number of participants is limited to 70. Sessions will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The program will consist of invited talks and selected contributions. Proceedings with accounts of the invited talks and all contributions are scheduled for March 2004.

Recent developments in the following fields will be discussed:
