A preliminary list of speakers has been set up together with Gerhard Baur (FZ Jülich), Bertram Blank (CEN Bordeaux), Achim Richter (TU Darmstadt), Achim Schwenk (TRIUMF Vancouver) and Michael Thoennessen (NSCL/MSU East Lansing). We hope that the meeting will stimulate fruitful discussions between experimentalists and theorists involved in the issues of nuclear structure and reactions.
