Scope of the Meeting:

The aim is to gather experimentalists and theorists investigating the properties of nuclear matter at high density. The number of participants is limited to 70. Sessions will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The program will consist of invited talks and selected contributions.

Recent developments in the following fields will be discussed:

• equation of state of strongly interacting matter at finite density
• properties of neutron stars (masses, radii, cooling, rotation, ...)
• pairing and color superconductivity
• astrophysical signals and gravitational waves
• heavy-ion experiments (CBM)
